The calcareous grassland site is opposite the National Trust’s Ashdown House.
Meeting time at Berrycroft Hub (based in a dairy conversion by Berrycroft Farm House) 20.00hrs for light-trappers. Most of the dry river bed valley of woodland & permanent pasture (about 300 acres) is owned by the Trust except for 80 acres which is privately-owned.
